It was a strategic mistake.” This is how PP leaders describe the last judicial letter sent to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office by the party's lawyer. They consider that the criticism of the work of the UDEF and the resolution presented by Pablo Ruz in November caused the judge to “act accordingly” by sending the Police to the national headquarters. The night of December 19 to 20 will take time to fade from the minds of the national leaders of the PP. The Police spent 14 hours , from dawn until the next morning, at the party headquarters on Génova Street. Judge Pablo Ruz ordered a search of the sixth floor of the building to find documentation about the works carried out between 2005 and 2011 on the property. Well, as El Confidencial Digital has learned , in the offices of Genoa they have been certain since then that the cause of this search is none other than the anger of the judge of the National Court with the party's lawyer, Alberto Durán. Specifically, they consider that the last judicial document written by the lawyer provoked Ruz's indignation . The lawyer accused the judge of “seriously damaging the image of the party” The PP leaders consulted by this newspaper explain that the letter sent to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on December 13 included a series of criticisms, both of Ruz's work and of the UDEF, which the magistrate "has not overlooked.
In the aforementioned report, Alberto Durán made the following statements: --The judicial resolution of Pablo Ruz on November 22, in which the magistrate spoke of “indications” of financing in 'B' of the PP “ seriously damages the image of the party .” --On the Phone Number List nvestigation of the black payment to the architect of Genoa, the lawyer's letter stated that "to deduce from the request for a duplicate (which has not appeared) that a subsequent cash payment has been made is to force the interpretation too much." - -About the police investigation on which Judge Ruz based himself: “The UDEF absolutely believes what an accused in prison writes or says ” -in reference to Bárcenas-. “It has been a bad judicial strategy” According to the sources consulted by ECD, the writing made by Durán is part of “a bad judicial strategy” that has provoked the “anger” of Judge Pablo Ruz. The statements made by the lawyer “are never included in a judicial document of this type,” and may bring with them “new actions as embarrassing” as the one on December 20.It is titled 'Two years of Government. Prepared to move forward', and it was given to Mariano Rajoy and his team so that, based on that script, they could finalize the appearance of the President of the Government on December 27, in which he offered a triumphant summary of the situation in the country .

In the dossier, Moncloa boasts of having managed to get Spain out of the crisis. This is an extensive dossier coordinated by the Ministry of the Presidency , through the Secretary of State for Communication , aimed at highlighting the management of Mariano Rajoy at the head of the Government in the first two years of the legislature. And it has been prepared with documentation sent by almost all ministries, but especially those of Economy, Finance and Employment . Spain grows The document finalized by La Moncloa, to which El Confidencial Digital has had access in its entirety, makes a “ hopeful assessment ” of the country's situation, and concludes that Spain is already in a growth phase. The report 'Two years of Government. Prepared to move forward' comprises 134 pages , divided into six sections , which end with some optimistic conclusions. It was done, as we say, so that Rajoy could rely on it and from there draw conclusions for his year-end balance, which he made in Moncloa on December 27, the day on which it is dated. The document, which ECD offers in its entirety, already states in the introduction that Rajoy inherited from Zapatero, at the end of 2011, a critical situation : the current president, it can be read, assumed “the responsibility of redirecting the serious situation in which “The country was plunged into the deepest and most prolonged economic crisis in its recent history.” Before breaking down what Rajoy has achieved in these two years, in the first pages it is made clear that the crisis is already over in Spain : “Two years later, it can be stated that the Spanish economy is now formally abandoning the recession and entering a phase of growth ,” he explains.
